What is your contact phone number?
I do not offer phone calls as a method of contact. Please send me an email and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
Why do you charge file setup fees for custom sticker orders?
For new orders, there is a file setup fee based on the amount of different designs you're ordering. This is a flat fee of $5 per design. If you wish to reorder the same design, you won't be required to pay a file setup fee as I can re-use the existing files.
The reason I've modelled the ordering system this way is to ensure I'm paid no less than minimum wage for my time working on your order, as file setup does take extra time, without unnessecarily increasing the price of the actual stickers.
Can I set up my own files to avoid the file setup fee?
No, sorry. Because I know my cutting machine and materials best, there's a strong chance I would still need to adjust your files.
